Hello world, today is my Birthday! Even though I find it hard to believe another year has gone by I am excited about the direction in which my life is headed!
I feel I could have or should have done more with the first part of this year but I refuse to regret it. Progress is still good and I am still moving forward in the right direction and for that I am thankful!

My goals remain the same, to continue building a real estate business while at the same time providing quality products that financially benefit each customer based on their specific needs.
Offering mortgages along with insurance products such as annuities will, in my opinion, create a win win situation for everyone involved in each transaction I conduct.

I have always had the desire to see and help people succeed and live their dreams by doing and living mine while helping them reach theirs. The main mission of my office is to educate people on the possibilities that are out there and help them come up with a plan of action to attain them. I have heard it said that "if you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want" and I firmly believe in this theory.

Many people I have spoken with seem to think you have to "get one up" on someone to get ahead but I believe that this is simply not true. There is plenty of opportunity out there for everyone and if we work together we can make it happen. I am committed to helping people get what they want by educating them on the different available avenues that are out there.

Let's say I help someone get a house that thought they though they could not afford. I would help them build their credit by cutting their costs in other areas, for example, ins or retirement, and then show them how to take that money and invest in themselves while owning a home. Yes, I will profit from the products sold as well as the sale of the house but at the same time they will have a better more secure financial foundation then before with a promising future along with a new home! Essentially, I will profit by putting money back into their pockets while at the same time fulfilling their needs and giving them a home and all while helping them rebuild their credit!! Now, I think that sounds like a definite win win situation!!

This year I felt, "The world is not Enough" which made me want to end it all. In my "Quantum of Solace", I realized all I needed was a good woman, so I went to the "Casino Royale". This is where I met Sophia, she was "From Russia with Love"! As she winked at me with her "Goldeneye" I realized she was royalty, which made me want to be "On her Majesty’s Secret Service." Now, I know "You only Live Twice" but she was a real gem and since "Diamonds are Forever", I’ll have to, "Die Another Day".
I greeted her and she asked me if I was in medicine? I said, "Dr No", I’m "The Man With the Golden Gun" and I have a "License to Kill"! She Said, well in that case, "Live and Let Die", I like you and if you play your cards right you could be "The Spy Who Loved Me"! With that, she motioned me over with her "Goldfinger" saying, come here Love, I have something to show you and it’s "For Your Eyes Only" and since "Tomorrow Never Dies" I suggest we get started right away! That’s when she bent over giving me "A View to a Kill" which made me want to "Moonraker ""The Living Daylights" out of her "Octopussy" with my "Thunderball"!

My Birthday is coming up soon (June 1st) so I am gearing up for a great celebration! There are many things I enjoy doing, one of which is playing the piano. I also love to play poker & billiards and consider myself proficient in both.
This year I plan to continue working on my dreams of owning real estate while offering financial products and educating the public on the various avenues of profit that currently exist.
My goal is to be financially free along with Debt free between now and my next birthday.
I am not all work and no play because this year I am also going to travel. Destinations in mind include, Costa Rica, Hawaii & Europe along with some short trips to states nearby. I have always wanted to go on a cruise and I would love to play in world series of poker.

Other plans include filming a movie, writing a book and producing a CD of piano music. This may sound like a lot but in reality it's more then feasible with correct time management. Most people lose a lot of time to the T.V. or video games and while I love to watch a good movie as much as anyone I have decided to use that time else where.

Knowing that I, like many I assume, like to be lazy, I have decided to devote my time to being lazy in style by working now to relax in style later.  It's called, delayed gratification and not easy to do. We are programmed to have everything right now and only see or do what we can today. I am training myself to exercise patience now while working on my dreams so that I can relax later the way I really want to. When I say later, I don't mean retirement age, I mean, reeeaaaallly, who wants to ski when your 60? Nothing wrong with it just I feel I won't enjoy it as much as I would if I went while I still had some athletic ability left, so to speak. What I am saying is I want to be young enough to enjoy the fruits of my labor. Hats off to anyone of any age who is able to live life the way they really want to, that's more then most of us can say, I'm simply stating that my goal is to do it a little sooner. If that means that for now I have to turn off the t.v. for a few years then so be it, I will have plenty of time to catch up on it later while sailing on my yaught!

All that to say this, I am working everyday to fulfill the dreams and ideas I have had inside for so long and I hope that you all can come along with me and enjoy the ride! If you have dreams then by all means get to work on them, stop looking at whats stopping you and start looking at what you Can do today!  That's what I am doing and I have to tell you, it works better then you might think!

If your like me, you may have told yourself I can't do that yet or I have to wait for such and such to happen first. Thinking like that has often held me back, so I decided this year to move forward in spite of not having the correct tools in place. I want to see how far I can get doing it the hard way. Yes, it would be nice if everything I think I needed to have in order to get started would just line up for me but waiting for that to happen has taken years off my life. Instead, I am just moving, even if it's in the wrong direction. I try my hardest to do things the right way but I have decided that the hard way is better then no way at all!!

At least I feel I am moving in the right direction now even if it's taking me a very long time to get it done I am still trying and I know that if I do it long enough I will eventually get there and that's to me what is most important. I am also going to enjoy the ride along the way and definitely stop to smell the roses with my morning coffee!!

Feb is here already!!

It's now the end of January, how quickly it came and went! I am simply amazed at how time seems to go so fast. My plans this year are bigger then ever with goals and dreams coming alive every day! Even though this month went by pretty fast with out me doing everything I wanted, I am still committed to accomplishing everything this year I have planned. This first month of the new year went by fast which tells me I had better get going quickly so as not to waste the rest of the year. This month my plan is to attend the Capital Choice convention in Jacksonville Florida. I am taking a week vacation in order to go and I am looking forward to it very much!
I am also working on my first apartment building project with many more to come this year. So far the plan is to finish the insurance license which along with the mortgages will give me much product to sell.
The main reason I enjoy working with this company is because they are showing me how to put money back into peoples pockets instead of just putting it back into mine.

Once I finish with the license and seminar's I will be well on my way to being able to provide quality products that will put money in people's pockets that they can then invest in their future's with. What greater concept in today's financial times then to be able to teach people how to make money and have the money to do it with.

Then the goal is to aquire as much real estate as I can while also producing an income stream that will last me the rest of my life. I will pay off all of my debts while at the same time still have money to live with at my current lifestyle paid for!  To me, that's the ultimate dream, to live the lifestyle you choose and have it guaranteed and paid for with no debt owed to anyone!

That is my dream, to have ever debt paid off unless it's real estate and cash flowing for me, along with my current lifestyle monthly bills paid for on auto-pay every month on time and guaranteed!!!

In order to reach this goal I must make enough sale's to pay all the debts, then have the proper cash flow coming in everymonth to be debited automatically in order to pay the bills.
Another way to do this is to set up an annuity that pay's out a guaranteed amount each month sizable enough to cover it all.
This is my ultimate goal and I am commited to making it all happen this year! I am not worried about getting a slow start, at least I have a date set for the test to get my license and the seminar to set me in the right direction to hit the ground running for spring and summer this year.
Spring is normally the time when real estate starts moving, lot's of For Sale by Owner's and people moving which means lot's of opportunities will arise. With that in mind, my goal between now and then is to be organized enough to take advantage of it and then use those procceeds to purchase my freedom from debt.
Then I will cash flow everything to cover the monthly bills while still setting some aside for the future using annuities, not to mention insurance to cover it all.
Once I reach this point, and my goal for that is June 1st this year, I will then be able to spend time on other research and hobbies or activities I have allway's wanted to learn.
Some of the things I plan to do this year is piano & dancing lessons along with trips accross the states in my own private motorcoach to play chess, billiard and poker tournaments in every city and state possible.
I will then spend some time in the studio doing some musical recordings and set up to film a movie. I will also set up a complete computer room with servers that are focused directly at my online endeavors so as to produce multiple online income streams to will facilitate my current holdings while expanding the real estate and other brick and motor businesses I already have.

I know it sounds like a lot to do but NOW is the time!!! You can say what you want to about me but one thing has and allway's will remain true, I have more ambition then I sometime's know what to do with!!
The main thing is to make the energy, desire and will to work for me instead of against me. I will no longer accept a life of mediocrity!! I will attain all the things I desire in this life and I am going to do it on my own terms with integrity and hard work!!

Its hip to be square! A pre-paid answer!

Yes, you read that right, Huey Lewis said it best "IT'S HIP TO BE SQUARE!".

Some say that the nice guy finishes last, not true! I will be the first to tell you that all though I am
a nice guy, I refuse to finish last!  You see, the world seems to think that to get ahead in life one
must cheat his way to the top or take advantage of someone, you know, step on the little guy on
your way to the top. Most people seem to think it's all a "zero sum" game, where someone must
lose in order for someone else to win.
I am here to tell you that is simply not true.  I think of things as a win win for everyone involved.
My goal in everything I do is to make everyone get more then they expected from the deal or the situation.
I once heard of a real estate business man who operated off of this principle and he said that his reputation
grew because of it and that he always had more business then he knew what to do with because of this way
of thinking.
If everyone you come into contact with got more from you then expected when dealing with you, be it personal
of business dealings, then rest assured, you would be a well sought after person!
Personally, I am tired of everyone constantly taking advantage of each other, to me, it only makes sense to do
it a better way.
Ever since I heard of this philosophy I have tried to live by it in all my dealings, be it personal or business. I can
honestly say it has brought me great joy!  When you do things for people that they are not expecting it opens
their eyes and makes them think that just maybe there is still some good in this world.
They are so taken back by it that they have to stop what they are doing and take a step back just to take a look at the situation, to admire it for all that it is.
This inspires hope in people, hope and belief that something greater then themselves is at work. This is a much
better way of doing business then you would ever imagine. Now people want to do business with you, they look forward to seeing you each time you have dealings and they refer more business to you then you may ever have the time to take care of.

In short, don't stop believing in the basic good in people. Help them see it and know that it is still there by showing them hope through your personal and business dealings with them. Believe me, you will be amazed at how much more your life is enriched by showing people hope rather then taking all you can get and leaving them nothing but frustration.
People need to be inspired and if your one person they can look to it will only help them and you both to live life to the fullest!

So, as the saying goes, "it's hip to be square", to me that means it's not only ok for you to approach people and situations in an honest way, but, it's also the coolest thing you can do in life!!

Live your Dreams....and never be afraid to chase them!

My new RIDE Miracle!!

Another Week without my car has been interesting, fun, and stressful. I don't want to let go of my Audi, it's the best car I have ever had! Last week I wrote about using this little hick up in the road as an opportunity and that is exactly what I have done.
Even though it's been stressful to be without my car I can have enjoyed walking to the office everyday to work. It has led to some good exercise and time with friends and family I wouldn't normally have had I simply jetted around town in my car.

I am happy to say that I have finally located the perfect replacement vehicle! I am excited to pick it up next week too!  Funny thing, I actually am helping the car salesman with his mortgage, so, not only is he helping me get a car, but I am helping him pay for his house!  I love how this worked out and even though the bank doesn't like the idea due to my credit, its ok, I know it was meant to be and that is my car!

I have had fun making this deal and since I am a praying man I must give the glory to god for helping me find the car I need to have and helping work out this situation which is turning into a win win deal for all!!
Doing a deal that is a win win for each party is the only way I do business! My motto is to help each member of the deal to get more then they expected. It's a practice I heard of years ago and it fit's my style.
There are plenty of people out there trying to rob you blind but what none of them understand is that there is plenty of money out there for everyone and if you help enough people get what they want you will get what you want too!!

My goal with this car deal is to find a way to satisfy the Bank, the seller of the new car and the mechanics who have the old one!
It's a challenge to say the least but I am confident that God is leading me and helping find a way to get it done and that's exactly what I am going to do. With his help, I am going to find a way to make the bank happy and give them more then they want
